Resumen de La formación ambiental del tutor: Un reto en el decenio de la educación para el desarrollo sostenible

En el contexto de la formación de docentes en Cuba, el tutor juega un rol fundamental, pues es quien acompaña al futuro docente en la mayor parte de su carrera en las microuniversidades, siendo responsable de su formación integral, en la que la formación ambiental es fundamental, por tanto se requiriere de un docente capaz de desarrollar en sus estudiantes la creatividad, el pensamiento crítico y que les permita tomar decisiones acertadas en relación con la problemática ambiental para lograr el necesario tránsito hacia la educación para el desarrollo sostenible, sin embargo, los tutor presentan insuficiencias para lograr estos objetivos, por lo que se hace necesario elaborar una estrategia para su formación ambiental.

In the context of teachers formation in Cuba, the tutor plays a fundamental role, because is the one that accompanies the future teachers in the heft of his/her studies in the micro-universities, being responsible for his/her integral formation, in which one the environmental formation is fundamental. Therefore it’s requiriered a capable teacher to develop in the students the creativity, the critical thought and that permits them to take right decisions related to the environmental problems to achieve the necessary transit towards the developmental sustainable education, however, tutors present insufficiencies to achieve these objectives, that’s why it’s necessary to elaborate a strategy for their environmental formation.
