    En el presente trabajo se muestran algunos de los resultados obtenidos de la sistematización de la experiencia para el desarrollo de la actividad científica en la escuela politécnica villaclareña, que aún está en pleno desarrollo, pero que, a partir de la recuperación del proceso vivido, ya se observan resultados alentadores para el cambio necesario que permita lograr la transformación educativa a que se aspira. La organización de la actividad científica en proyectos en forma de sistema, así como la presentación de un sistema para la superación profesional, y las acciones de preparación realizadas para lograr su adecuado funcionamiento, con sus fundamentos teóricos y metodológicos correspondientes, forman parte de los principales resultados obtenidos, lo que están en fase de introducción y generalización en varios centros de la provincia de Villa Clara.

    The present paper deals some of the results obtained in the systematization of the experience for the development of the scientific activity in the polytechnic school of Villa Clara, that still is in the heat of development, but that from the recovery of the lived process, already is observed encouraging results for the necessary change that it allows to obtain the educative transformation to that is inhaled. The organization of the scientific activity in projects in system form, as well as the presentation of a system for the professional overcoming, and the battles of preparation conducted to obtain their suitable operation, with their corresponding theoretical and methodologic foundations, comprise of the main obtained results, which is in phase of introduction and generalization in several centers of the province of Villa Clara.
