El enfoque interdisciplinar en la formación psicopedagógica del futuro docente

    Las transformaciones que hoy se llevan a cabo en el sistema nacional cubano requieren de la introducción en la práctica escolar de aquellos aspectos que hoy marcan pautas en el desarrollo social, entre ellos, la aplicación de un enfoque interdisciplinario en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje que permita el desarrollo en el educando de una visión totalizante de la realidad y del conocimiento. En respuesta a esta aspiración, la investigación se orientó a fundamentar la propuesta de un sistema de ejercicios interdisciplinarios que facilitaran la integración de saberes de la disciplina Formación Pedagógica General en estudiantes de segundo año del curso por encuentros de la carrera Instructores de Arte desde la asignatura Psicología I, resultado que emergió de la reflexión y del estudio exploratorio de la dirección del proceso de enseñanzaaprendizaje de la misma. La propuesta aplicada consideró las posibilidades que ofrecen los programas de Pedagogía I y II y Psicología I de la disciplina Formación Pedagógica General para el establecimiento de vínculos y para la comprensión del proceso de educación de la personalidad. Como resultado de la aplicación se produjo una transformación que favoreció la integración de saberes de la disciplina Formación General Pedagógica en los estudiantes.

    The transformations that are carried out in the Cuban national system of education today require the introduction in the teaching practice of those aspects that mark rules in the social development today, among them, the application of an interdisciplinary approach in the teaching-learning process that allows the development in the student of a whole vision of the reality and of the knowledge. To fulfill this aspiration, the investigation was aimed at supporting the proposal of a system of interdisciplinary exercises to facilitate the integration of knowledge of the discipline General Pedagogical Formation in the second-year students of the workers´ course of the Art Instructor career from the subject Psychology I, that resulted in the reflection and in the exploratory study of the teaching-learning process. The proposal analyzed the possibilities that the programs of Pedagogy I and II and Psychology I of the discipline Formation Pedagogic General offer for the establishment of bonds and for the understanding of the process of education of the personality. As a result of the application a transformation that favored the integration of knowledge of the discipline Pedagogical General Formation in the students took place.
