  • Resumen
    • Offenhuber (2015) reveals that there are different levels and modes of civic engagement across digital platforms – “The Ladder of Civic Technology”. Offenhuber (2015) identifies five modes of participation: "Gamification" or "nudging; "Participation as feedback"; "Participation as monitoring”; "Participation as co-production” and "Participation as self-organization". For the present PhD research project, it will be used the "Participation as co-production" mode, this way of participation will allow the creation of a digital platform developed in collaboration with a group of residents of the Herculano neighbourhood (Porto-Portugal) and it will allow to identify the possibility of local inhabitants to use appropriate multimedia resources to document collective memories of the place and to present possible proposals related to their housing reality
