  La investigación “Descripción histórica documental de la contabilidad en el Ingenio Manuelita entre los años 1945-1960”, estudió la inexistencia descriptiva documental de la contabilidad en el ingenio, con el objetivo de describir el sistema contable desarrollado entre 1945-1960 y explicar la evolución de sus prácticas contables interrelacionando los avances en contabilidad con contextos legal, político, económico, social y la hipótesis de que si se realiza una descripción de la documentación y entrevista al contador sobre la actividad, permite ver el desarrollo en materia contable del período. Se utilizaron los métodos y técnicas investigativas de: entrevista, observación, exploración, análisis documental y revisión. Como resultado se hace un análisis histórico-contable del ingenio, se detalla el surgimiento de la Sociedad, se describe la actividad contable y el grado de desarrollo al respecto, concluyendo que con la investigación el Central cuenta con un pequeño fragmento de historia a través de la descripción detallada de sus documentos contables como fuente de herramienta y consulta útil para el trabajo científico investigativo de estudiantes, profesores e investigadores fundamentalmente de Historia de la Contabilidad al brindar información sobre documentos, fechas y lugares de creación que aportan una información más completa para su utilización.

  The investigation Description historical documentary of the accounting in the Genius Manuelita among the years 1945-1960", studied the scientific problem the nonexistence descriptive documentary of the accounting in the genius, with the objective of to describe the countable system developed among 1945-1960 and to explain the evolution of their countable practices interrelating the advances in accounting with legal, political, economic, social contexts and the hypothesis that is carried out a description of the documentation and interview to the accountant on the activity, the allows to see the development in countable matter of the period. It was used the methods and technical investigative of: the interviews, observation, exploration, documental analysis and revision. As a result a historical-countable analysis of the genius is made, the emergence of the Society is detailed, it is described the countable activity and the development degree in this respect, concluding that with the investigation the Power station has a small history fragment through the detailed description of its countable documents as tool source and useful consultation for the investigative scientific work of students, professors and investigators fundamentally of History of the Accounting when offering information it has more than enough documents, dates and creation places that contribute a more complete information for their use.
