Resumen de Rol del docente de Educación Inicial en la era digital frente a la pandemia

  El objetivo de esta investigación es analizar cuáles han sido los retos que han tenido los docentes de educación inicial frente a la pandemia en Ecuador y determinar su rol en este proceso educativo. Este estudio será de enfoque cuantitativo, de alcance descriptivo, no experimental y de corte transversal, las técnicas a utilizar será la aplicación de encuesta a docentes. El desarrollo de este trabajo permitirá determinar la importancia de la utilización de las herramientas digitales en proceso de enseñanza de los niños de Educación Inicial; puesto que, los Docentes reinventan estrategias innovadoras y creativas para mejorar el proceso pedagógico y destrezas, logrando una relación comunicativa e interactiva entre el docente y el infante, fomentando así la afectividad y la confianza entre los actores de este proceso; de esta manera, se verá reflejado un aprendizaje constructivista.

  The objective of this research is to analyze what have been the challenges that initial education teachers have had in the face of the pandemic in Ecuador and determine their role in this educational process. This study will be of a quantitative approach, descriptive, non-experimental and cross-sectional, the techniques to be used will be the application of a teacher survey. The development of this work will allow to determine the importance of the use of digital tools in the process of teaching children of Initial Education; Since, Teachers reinvent innovative and creative strategies to improve the pedagogical process and skills, achieving a communicative and interactive relationship between the teacher and the infant, thus promoting affectivity and trust between the actors in this process; in this way, constructivist learning will be reflected.
