Resumen de La contabilidad y su aplicación en el sistema organizacional administrativo para la toma de decisiones

  En el presente artículo lo que se pretende es explicar la importancia que existe acerca de la contabilidad en relación con el sistema organizacional administrativo que tiene una entidad u organización, así como lo fundamental que se vuelve al momento de la toma de decisiones, las cuales son un factor importante cuando se trata de los cambios y mejoras proyectadas a realizar a corto o largo plazo.

  La contabilidad ha tenido diversos cambios con el pasar del tiempo, cada uno de ellos se ha incrementado en su nivel de cumplimiento y veracidad de los saldos que arroje cada periodo, tanto para llevar correctamente las cuentas como la presentación de la información a quienes correspondan.

  Los resultados que se presentan en cada periodo, ya sea este mensual o anual, son relevantes para el directivo de una compañía; la gestión a la hora de tomar decisiones va más allá de solo ver números sino de buscar las razones válidas del porqué de dicha información, ya sea esta positiva o negativa.

  Durante la búsqueda de información se quiere presentar los avances que ha tenido la contabilidad y de qué manera, desde que apareció, la presentación de los saldos económicos-financieros han sido relevantes para la gestión de la toma de decisiones, a su vez tener en cuenta la manera en que se han ido formando las organizaciones haciendo que las mismas sean un apoyo considerable para que la presentación de resultados sea correcta y fiable.

  Cabe recalcar que también es necesario conocer los beneficios que se tiene cuando existe un buen sistema organizacional administrativo y la forma que las entidades consideran aplicarlo dentro de las mismas, debido a que existen estructuras tantos formales como informales y estas a su vez dependerán del giro del negocio en el que se encuentre.

  Ahora bien, lo valioso de una excelente organización administrativa es conocer la manera en cómo se está llevando la contabilidad, su distribución, orden, confidencialidad, veracidad, integridad y exactitud de la misma, ya que estos elementos son los que permitirán que se puedan tomar las decisiones adecuadas, las cuales, al final de un periodo determinado, revelarán si es factible realizar nuevas inversiones, aumentar el capital o accionistas, conocer el manejo que se lleva a cabo con los bienes de una compañía (si necesitarán cambios o no), que las obligaciones por cumplir sean parte de los resultados positivos que se presenten u otra decisión que el consejo, directivos, administrativos, gerencia consideren que sea relevante para el buen funcionamiento de la entidad.

  The results that are presented in each period, whether this monthly or annual, are relevant to the manager of a company; When it comes to making decisions, the management goes beyond just seeing numbers, but also looking for the valid reasons as to why such information is positive or negative.

  During the search for information, we want to present the advances that accounting has had and in what way, since it appeared, the presentation of the economic-financial balances have been relevant for the management of the decision-making process, in turn to take into account the way in which organizations have been formed making them a considerable support so that the presentation of results is correct and reliable.

  It should be noted that it is also necessary to know the benefits that there is when there is a good administrative organizational system and the way that entities consider applying it within them, because there are both formal and informal structures and these in turn will depend on the turn of the business in which you are.

  However, the value of an excellent administrative organization is to know the way in which accounting is being carried out, its distribution, order, confidentiality, truthfulness, integrity and accuracy of the same, since these elements are what will allow them to be taken the appropriate decisions, which, at the end of a certain period, will reveal whether it is feasible to make new investments, increase capital or shareholders, know the management that is carried out with the assets of a company (if they will need changes or not), that the obligations to be fulfilled are part of the positive results that are presented or other decision that the board, managers, administrative, management consider relevant for the proper functioning of the entity.
