Every time a socio-economic crisis has been faced, one of the groups of rights that have been curtailed has been workers' rights. This situation has happened in current Covid-19 pandemic, which knows no borders sinceit is a global pandemic.This is why it is necessary to know the tools that hold great potential to address this reality, and, what better tool than one that enables an agile exchange of goods and products between the EU and other states? Indeed, this article analyzes how labour standards are incorporated into Free Trade Agreements and how those can address situations such as the current crisis, once the configuration of these labour standards has been identified from an international and EU perspective.
