Resumen de La regulación laboral del trabajo a distancia tras la covid-19: Un primer análisis de la ley 10/2021, de 9 de julio, de trabajo a distancia.
In this paper, a first approach is made to the study of the new regulatory framework for remote work in order to know the changes and improvements that have occurred with respect to the initial regulation provided for in our legal-labor system contained in article 13 of the Spanish Workers’ Statute. This Statute, until the declaration of the state of healthemergency caused by COVID-19, contained the labor regulation of this way of working.
