    La cultura del cumplimiento deportivo, constituye un mecanismo de seguridad y de protección frente a los riesgos que puedan producirse en la organizaciones deportivas, y en las situaciones de crisis o pandemias, esta disciplina actuará con instrumento esencial en la prevención de conductas infractoras y delictivas, avalada por medidas de reforzamiento, y aseguramiento por parte de la organización, y por protocolos de actuación fortalecidos, para dotar de seguridad y protección la salud de los empleados de todas las categorías, y garantizar también los controles internos y relaciones con terceros en esta situación excepcional. Dedicaremos especial atención a la responsabilidad de las personas jurídicas ante la situación del Covid-19, así mismo serán analizadas y estudiadas las aportaciones y medidas adoptadas por las organizaciones, los protocolos de actuación de la figura del “compliance officer”, la ciberseguridad, protección de datos, la transparencia e integridad en la estructura de las entidades deportivas. La introducción de la herramienta del teletrabajo en la actual crisis, es de una notoria importancia, y veremos que es necesaria como medida eficaz de prevención en este periodo de pandemia, aunque, habrá que plantearse el trabajo a remoto, como una vía y procedimiento laboral hacia el futuro. Por último, analizaremos la imprescindible transformación digital del compliance deportivo.

    The culture of sports compliance, constitutes a mechanism for safety and protection against risks that may occur in sports organizations, and in crisis or pandemic situations, this discipline will act as an essential instrument in the prevention of offending and criminal behavior, backed by reinforcement and assurance measures by the organization, and by strengthened action protocols, to provide safety and health protection for employees of all categories, and also ensure internal controls and relations with third parties in this exceptional situation. We will pay special attention to the responsibility of legal entities in the face of the situation of Covid-19. Likewise, the contributions and measures adopted by the organizations, the protocols of action of the figure of the compliance officer, cyber security, data protection, transparency and integrity in the structure of sports entities will be analyzed and studied. The introduction of the tool of teleworking in the current crisis is of great importance, and we will see that it is necessary as an effective measure of prevention in this period of pandemic although, we will have to consider the remote work, as the way and work procedure towards the future. Finally, we will analyze the essential digital transformation of sports compliance, and the current situation.
