    La investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre estilos de gestión del director y la calidad educativa de la Institución Educativa Pública Nº 7106 Villa Limatambo de la UGEL 01, Villa María del Triunfo. De enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño no experimental y de tipo descriptiva correlacional transversal. Dado que la “r” de Pearson es 0,965, se considera a la correlación como positiva fuerte, así que se acepta la hipótesis alterna y se rechaza la hipótesis nula. La educación del país tiene innumerables necesidades y requisitos, que desafían a enfrentarlos de manera coherente y eficaz. Sin embargo, la máxima prioridad es promover la reforma del proceso educativo para cambiar efectivamente la motivación, estructura y organización de la escuela para lograr resultados de aprendizaje significativos entre los estudiantes y la sociedad.

    The objective of the research was to determine the relationship between management styles of the director and the educational quality of Public Educational Institution No. 7106 Villa Limatambo of UGEL 01, Villa María del Triunfo. With a quantitative approach, non-experimental design and cross-sectional correlational descriptive type. Since Pearson's "r" is 0.965, the correlation is considered to be strong positive, so the alternate hypothesis is accepted and the null hypothesis is rejected. The country's education has innumerable needs and requirements, which challenge it to face them in a coherent and effective way. However, the highest priority is to promote the reform of the educational process to effectively change the motivation, structure and organization of the school to achieve meaningful learning outcomes among students and society.
