La resiliencia como mecanismo para afrontar la diversidad funcional de los servidores del Departamento de Desarrollo Social del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado de Portoviejo

    El escenario de esta investigación fue en el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado (GAD) municipal del Cantón Portoviejo, donde el termino resiliencia muchas veces es desconocido dentro de su contexto de lo que significa, y sobre cómo afrontar las múltiples adversidades que el ser humano enfronta en su diario vivir. A través de un exhaustivo análisis se recogieron los criterios de los trabajadores y directivos, bajo qué circunstancias el termino resiliencia es aplicado para la superación de dificultades en la diversidad funcional. En la investigación se aplicaron los métodos cuali-cuantitativo, la inducción- deducción, análisis – síntesis, hipotético-deductivo, y los instrumentos de recolección de datos como: encuesta que fueron dirigidos a los empleados y la entrevista a la respectiva autoridad, las cuales proporcionaron la información que determinó la trascendencia de los objetivos. Además, se evidenció el aporte que se le brindó a la institución haciéndoles reconocer que el termino resiliencia puede considerarse un proceso de solución de forma directa para que el recurso humano para mostrarse siempre activos y decididos en sus acciones como servidores públicos en su atención a la ciudadanía en general. Los resultados de esta investigación fueron muy explícitos y concisos este detalló la importancia que generó conocer el termino resiliencia en cada individuo dentro de su diversidad funcional, no deben ser excluidos, como conclusiones relevantes se evidenció una amplia integración, comprensión y cooperativismo en su espacio de comunicación social, y así fundamentar también un buen servicio en forjar la confianza y la estabilidad que los directivos y servidores deben mostrar dentro y fuera de su ambiente laboral.

    The setting for this research was in the municipal Gobernated Autonomous Gobernent (GAD) the Portoviejo Canton, where the term resilience is often unknown within its context of what it means, and about how to face the multiple adversities that human beings face in their daily lives. Through an exhaustive analysis, the criteria of the workers and managers were collected, under what circumstances the term resilience is applied to overcome difficulties in functional diversity. In the research, qualitative-quantitative, induction-deduction, analysis-synthesis, hypothetical-deductive methods were applied, and data collection instruments such as: survey that were directed to the employees and the interview to the respective authority, which they provided the information that determined the significance of the objectives. In addition, the contribution that was given to the institution was evidenced by making them recognize that the term resilience can be considered a solution process directly so that the human resource to always be active and determined in their actions as public servants in their attention to the citizenship in general. The results of this research were very explicit and concise, this detailed the importance of knowing the term resilience in each individual within their functional diversity, they should not be excluded, as relevant conclusions, a broad integration, understanding and cooperativism was evidenced in their space of social communication, and thus also base a good service in forging the trust and stability that managers and servants must show inside and outside their work environment.
