    This study concerns three latin funerary inscriptions found in Castellaneta (Taranto), a territory rich in archaeological remains, but not very known and studied. The first two are unknown in the epigraphic documentation of Taranto; the third is reproposed with new data. Therefore, the following finds represent a further testimony for a better knowledge of the territory of Castellaneta in the Roman age.

    Si presentano tre iscrizioni funerarie latine rinvenute in Castellaneta (Taranto), territorio ricco di testimonianze archeologiche, ma poco noto e studiato. Le prime due risultano sconosciute nella documentazione epigrafica tarantina esistente; la terza è qui riproposta con nuovi dati. I seguenti reperti rappresentano quindi una ulteriore testimonianza per una maggiore conoscenza del territorio di Castellaneta in età romana.
