    Se pretende dar una visión general del Patrimonio histórico y arqueológico de Tarragona y una aproximación alos diferentes aspectos legales de su protección en base a la legislación de Patrimonio Histórico, Urbanismo yplaneamiento urbanístico, así como la gestión del mismo desde la perspectiva municipal y autonómica. Comoreferente básico y punto de inflexión hemos de destacar que en el año 2000 el Conjunto Arqueológico de Tárracose incluye en la Lista del Patrimonio Mundial de la UNESCO.

    It is intended to give a general vision to the historical and archeological heritage of Tarragona and an approachto the different legal aspects of its protection following the legislation of Historical Heritage, Urban Planningand the urbanistic planing, as well as the management of the same from the municipal and autonomic perspective.As basic referent and point of inflection we have to highlight that in 2000 the Archeological Ensemble of Tarracowas included in World Heritage List of the UNESCO.
