  El 5g cambiará de manera disruptiva paradigmas actuales, modificando nuestros hábitos cotidianos surgirán nuevas necesidades para las empresas, y en consiguiente modificará los procesos de reclutamiento exigiendo a los profesionales adaptarse bajo la nueva normalidad. El objetivo del presente artículo es determinar el futuro de los recursos humanos ante la implementación de la tecnología 5g; analizar el impacto que tiene esta revolución tecnológica y medir la relevancia de los recursos humanos ante esta nueva realidad. A partir del método de revisión sistemática se evaluó el impacto de la tecnología 5g y la relevancia de los recursos humanos; se mencionan las proyecciones de los empleos más demandados y las tecnologías adoptadas por las organizaciones. Finalmente se destaca el perfil laboral requerido por parte de los entes.  Se concluye que el papel de los recursos humanos en una organización siempre será de suma importancia, sin este difícilmente se alcanzará el éxito empresarial.

  5g will disrupt change current paradigms, modifying our daily habits, new needs will arise for companies, and consequently it will modify the recruitment processes, requiring professionals to adapt to the new normal. The objective of this article is to determine the future of human resources before the implementation of 5g technology; analize the impact of this technological revolution and measure the relevance of human resources to this new reality. Take the systematic review method, the impact of 5g technology and the relevance of human resources were evaluated; The projections of the jobs most in demand and the technologies adopted by the organizations are mentioned. Finally, the job profile required by the entities is highlighted. It is concluded that the role of human resources in an organization will always be of utmost importance, without it it will be difficult to achieve business success.
