Las familias que tratamos están frecuentemente asistidas por otros profesionales (y expuestas siempre a su eventual intervención). Y los distintos niveles de involucración, intereses y objetivos de estos profesionales hacen difícil y precario cualquier consenso que se pueda conseguir. En base a ello, se propone el concepto de Sistema Determinado por el Problema como marco conceptual para abarcar la diversidad de interacciones comunicativas familia-profesionales y el concepto de Caso como resultado discursivo estable de esas interacciones.
En el presente artículo propone un itinerario desde el malestar subjetivo de un usuario que, a través de los avatares de su contacto con diversos profesionales y en función de las preocupaciones e intervenciones que su situación provoca en ellos, se ve inmerso en una red comunicacional con tendencia a cerrarse que tiende a constituirlo en Caso, excluyendo sucesos significativos que siguen ocurriendo en su vida.
Este proceso puede auto-mantenerse hasta que la emergencia de un Acontecimiento, inesperado pero en el fondo esperable, activa nuevos profesionales (y miembros de sus sistemas naturales) dispuestos a dar soporte a las posibilidades que el acontecimiento apunta y el horizonte que abre.

The families we treat are frequently assisted by other professionals (and always exposed to their eventual intervention). And the different levels of involvement, interests and objectives of these professionals make achieving consensus a difficult and precarious task. Based on this, the concept of Problem-Determined System is proposed as a conceptual framework to encompass the diversity of family-professional communicative interactions and the concept of Case as a stable discursive result of these interactions.
This article proposes an itinerary from the subjective discomfort of a user who, through the vicissitudes of their contact with various professionals and depending on the concerns and interventions that their situation provokes in them, find themselves immersed in a communicational network with a tendency to shut down, which tends to turn it into a Case, thus excluding significant events that continue to occur in their life.
This process can be self-sustaining until the emergence of an Event, unexpected but ultimately expected, which activates new professionals (and members of their natural systems) willing to support the possibilities that the event points to, as well as the horizon it opens up.
