    Se establece como hipótesis fundamental de este ensayo que en las condiciones sociales y culturales actuales la tercera edad aparece como capaz de re-legitimar las condiciones fundacionales del contrato social, el lazo social y el pacto ciudadano entre iguales, por la renovación de su status como grupo etareo.

    Esta renovación supone, entre otras condiciones de una subjetividad emergente, la plena renovación de una ciudadanía cada vez más plena y participativa que garantiza la continuidad de procesos democráticos y republicanos

    It is establish as a fundamental hypothesis of this essay that in the current social and cultural conditions, ageing appears as able to e-legitimize the foundational conditions of the social contract, the social bond and the citizen agreement between equals by the renovation of its status quo as age group.

    This renovation implies, among other conditions of a emerging subjectivity, the plenty renovation of an increasingly citizenship that guarantee the continuity of democratic and republican processes
