    Se analiza un posible caso de barraganía en el siglo XI, en el reino de Aragón, y se pone en el contexto del linaje descendiente de un destacado personaje de dicha corte, como fue Jimeno Garcés, eitán del primer rey de Aragón. Un linaje en el que la homonimia de sus miembros había venido dificultando su identificación.

    A possible case of concubinage in the kingdom of Aragon in the 11th century is analysed and placed in the context of the descendant lineage of a prominent figure in the court, Jimeno Garcés, the eitan (governor) of the first king of Aragon. A lineage in which the homonymy of its members has hindered their identification.
