    Como parte de un trabajo más amplio que reconstruye y estudia la serie de instancias de diálogo y eventos regionales que sirvieron al proceso de conformación del Movimiento Latinoamericano de Video, inscrito a su vez en una investigación de largo aliento sobre la producción videográfica boliviana, este artículo se centra en el II Encuentro de la Red que tuvo lugar en junio de 1989 en la ciudad de Cochabamba y que ha sido escasamente examinado. A partir del análisis de documentos, la pesquisa de archivos hemerográficos y un trabajo de historia oral con entrevistas a algunos protagonistas de aquel momento, se repondrá cómo fue su gestación, quiénes intervinieron, cómo se organizaron, qué discusiones sostuvieron y cuáles fueron sus corolarios, a fin de advertir la fisonomía de la reunión y su lugar específico dentro del itinerario diacrónico del Movimiento.

    As part of a broader research that reconstructs and studies the serie of instances of dialogue and regional events that served the process of formation of the Latin American Video Movement, which in turn is part of a long-term investigation into Bolivian video production, this article focuses on the II Network Meeting that took place in June 1989 in the city of Cochabamba and which has been scarcely examined. Based on the analysis of documents, the investigation of newspaper archives and an oral history work with interviews with some protagonists of that time, it will be restored how their gestation was, who intervened, how they were organized, what discussions they held and what were their corollaries, in order to notice the set of features of the meeting and its specific place within the Movement's diachronic itinerary.
