Resumen de La transdisciplinarización de las Operaciones Unitarias en la Carrera de ingeniería Industrial de la Universidad Mayor de San Andrés

El objetivo de la presente investigación es la de conocer algunas características importantes de la aplicación de la transdisciplinarización en los proyectos de fin de curso de operaciones unitarias de la carrera de Ingeniería Industrial de la Universidad Mayor De San Andrés, dentro de su proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje. El método que se utiliza es de observación cualitativa, dentro del metaanálisis comparativo, en base a una encuesta que analiza críticamente las consideraciones estudiantiles como efecto final de las aplicaciones en los proyectos de fin de curso.La visión del ingeniero industrial desde la planificación de la carrera, como se ve en su Plan de Estudios busca la formación del ingeniero versátil y consiente de las consecuencias de sus decisiones, con alta sensibilidad social y estructura humanista, capaz de planificar, organizar, dirigir y controlar cualquier tipo de organización.La introducción intuitiva del análisis complejo y de la transdisciplina como elementos críticos nos lleva al camino de la producción-sociedad-hombre desde las primarias etapas productivas, es decir en las operaciones unitarias. Su observancia y la aceptación del “estilo” de enseñanza refleja a lo largo de la carrera y en la formación del ingeniero.Los resultados obtenidos a través de las conclusiones matizan y nos muestran las variables y categorías de esta integración disciplinar en un intento de conocer lo que motivaría a los estudiantes en este camino.

The objective of this research is to know some important characteristics of the application of transdisciplinarization in the end-of-course projects of unit operations of the Industrial Engineering career of the Universidad Mayor De San Andrés, within its teaching-learning process .The method used is qualitative observation, within the comparative meta-analysis, based on a survey that critically analyzes student considerations as the final effect of applications in end-of-year projects.The vision of the industrial engineer from career planning, as seen in his Study Plan, seeks the training of the versatile engineer and aware of the consequences of his decisions, with high social sensitivity and humanistic structure, capable of planning, organizing, directing and control any type of organization.The intuitive introduction of complex analysis and transdiscipline as critical elements leads us to the path of production-society-man from the primary stages of production, that is, in unit operations. Their observance and acceptance of the teaching “style” reflects throughout the career and in the training of the engineer.The results obtained through the conclusions clarify and show us the variables and categories of this disciplinary integration in an attempt to find out what would motivate students on this path.
