El presente artículo se plantea por la necesidad de ajustar la educación inclusiva través del uso de estrategias teóricas o tecnológicas durante el tiempo de pandemia del Covid-19, esto fue un reto para directivos, docentes, estudiantes y padres de familia debido a que no contaban con los conocimientos necesarios sobre el uso de las Tic.
El objetivo principal de nuestro artículo fue aportar una Estrategia Teórica direccionada a los docentes para el uso de herramientas tecnológicas que permitan llevar a cabo una educación inclusiva de calidad en la institución Simón Bolívar.
La tecnología juega un papel importante en el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje permitiendo que los estudiantes adquieran conocimientos de manera personalizada de acuerdo con sus necesidades especiales.
La utilización de la metodología reside en la revisión bibliográfica de publicaciones científicas relacionado con temas de educación inclusiva basándonos en la sistematización teórica de acuerdo con la problemática estudiada, utilizando los enfoques cualitativo y cuantitativo, con el enfoque cualitativo recolectamos la información y con el enfoque cuantitativo se realizó el análisis de los resultados obtenidos en las técnicas de recolección de datos, facilitando así las estadísticas necesarias.
Para concluir se implementará un proceso de capacitación para que los docentes se encuentren preparados en la utilización de las herramientas tecnológicas del siglo XXI y así lograr una educación interactiva a través de las diferentes plataformas virtuales que permitan un aprendizaje significativo, inclusivo y de calidad.

This article arises from the need to adjust inclusive education through the use of theoretical or technological strategies during the time of the Covid-19 pandemic, this was a challenge for managers, teachers, students and parents because they did not count with the necessary knowledge about the use of ICT.
The main objective of our article was to provide a Theoretical Strategy aimed at teachers for the use of technological tools that allow them to carry out an inclusive quality education at the Simón Bolívar institution.
Technology plays an important role in the teaching and learning process, allowing students to acquire knowledge in a personalized way according to their special needs.
The use of the methodology resides in the bibliographic review of scientific publications related to inclusive education issues based on the theoretical systematization according to the problem studied, using the qualitative and quantitative approaches, with the qualitative approach we collect the information and with the quantitative approach. The analysis of the results obtained in the data collection techniques was carried out, thus facilitating the necessary statistics.
To conclude, a training process will be implemented so that teachers are prepared in the use of the technological tools of the 21st century and thus achieve an interactive education through the different virtual platforms that allow meaningful, inclusive and quality learning.
