La comunicación Interpersonal del líder educativo y su incidencia en el rendimiento docente en la institución “Theo Constante”

      La administración educativa está considerada como un elemento importante para la función de la comunidad escolar, siendo la parte más influyente en los resultados, después de la acción de los docentes. Ésta conlleva un buen liderazgo, que permita desarrollarse junto a los colaboradores hacia el objetivo planteado, establecer las estrategias de comunicación interpersonal del líder educativo con el propósito de dirigir a un mejor rendimiento docente en la institución "Theo Constante", proyectando una visión motivadora, orientando, escuchando, creando interés y seguridad. Como efecto, la manera en que ejercen las labores se verá influida positivamente, no solo lo que hacen, sino también cómo lo hacen.

      Por su parte, el líder debe ser un observador, conocerse a sí mismo, tener control de sus emociones, saber aceptar errores y tomar en cuenta las críticas constructivas. Asimismo, como equipo, el fin debe ser trabajar de forma transparente, empática y, además, informar los resultados obtenidos del trabajo, ya que así se genera confianza y motivación. Sin embargo, todas estas características de administración educativa y liderazgo son desconocidas por las instituciones educativas, lo cual conlleva a una gran problemática actual.

      Es por este motivo, en el presente trabajo investigativo aplicaremos una investigación descriptiva, analítica, experimental, histórico lógico, inductivo, deductivo con un enfoque cuantitativo y cualitativo, para conocer la realidad de la institución, se identifican las características más importantes del liderazgo personal e interpersonal de los docentes.

      Como instrumento se utilizó una encuesta y entrevista obteniendo la información requerida, alcanzando el desarrollo de nuestro trabajo en forma organizada a través de la interpretación de datos, afirmando la veracidad de la investigación, obteniendo hechos válidos y confiables que favorecerá al trabajo.

      The educational administration is considered an important element for the function of the school community, being the most influential part in the results, after the action of the teachers. This entails good leadership, which allows to develop together with the collaborators towards the proposed objective, to establish the interpersonal communication strategies of the educational leader with the purpose of directing to a better teaching performance in the institution "Theo Constante", projecting a motivating vision, guiding, listening, creating interest and security. As an effect, the way they carry out their tasks will be positively influenced, not only what they do, but also how they do it.

      For his part, the leader must be an observer, know himself, have control of his emotions, know how to accept mistakes and take constructive criticism into account. Likewise, as a team, the goal should be to work transparently, empathically and also report the results obtained from the work, as this builds trust and motivation. However, all these characteristics of educational administration and leadership are unknown by educational institutions, which leads to a great current problem.

      It is for this reason, in the present investigative work we will apply a descriptive, analytical, experimental, logical, inductive, deductive historical investigation with a quantitative and qualitative approach, to know the reality of the institution, the most important characteristics of personal leadership are identified and teachers' interpersonal skills.
