Estrategias personalizadas para la enseñanza en educación básica: estudio de revisión.

    Las Estrategias Personalizadas (EP) en la educación básica, son herramientas indispensables para los docentes en la atención individual de sus estudiantes teniendo en cuenta sus inteligencias, ritmos y estilos de aprendizaje, así como también sus necesidades educativas especiales, convirtiéndose en su reto, conllevando a dejar atrás la deshumanización, para convertirla en humanizante del hombre como centro y actor de su proceso de aprendizaje y autorrealización. Esta investigación es un estudio de revisión sistemática, cuyo objetivo es analizar el concepto de Estrategias Personalizadas, teniendo en cuenta libros e investigaciones de diferentes años. La metodología empleada para el estudio fue, el análisis y síntesis, inductivo deductivo. De un total de 100 documentos entre artículos, tesis y libros de bases de datos revisados de: Scopus, Scielo, Redalyc, Dialnet, EBSCO, Google Académico, 40 fueron seleccionados. En los resultados obtenidos se evidencia que muchos autores definen a la EP de diferentes perspectivas, admitiendo que, es la didáctica centrada en el estudiante, para el logro de sus aprendizajes. Otro descubrimiento es que, las EP pueden ser usadas en ambientes virtuales, presenciales o híbridas y en la educación inclusiva. Entre las principales conclusiones se tiene que las EP se adaptan con facilidad a las características de los estudiantes, promueve el aprendizaje significativo y por descubrimiento, propicia la interacción activa del alumno con el docente, así mismo conlleva a que el estudiante mejore su aprendizaje y fortalezca su desarrollo psicológico y emocional, además adquiera su autonomía, para lograr ser comunicativo, críticos, reflexivos, proactivos, empáticos, tolerantes y resolutivos ante los problemas globales.

    Personalized Strategies (EP) in basic education are essential tools for teachers in the individual attention of their students, taking into account their intelligence, rhythms and learning styles, as well as their special educational needs, becoming their challenge. , leading to leave dehumanization behind, to turn it into humanizing man as the center and actor of his learning and self-realization process. This research is a systematic review study, whose objective is to analyze the concept of Personalized Strategies, taking into account books and research from different years. The methodology used for the study was, analysis and synthesis, inductive deductive. Of a total of 100 documents between articles, theses and database books reviewed from: Scopus, Scielo, Redalyc, Dialnet, EBSCO, Google Scholar, 40 were selected. In the results obtained, it is evident that many authors define PE from different perspectives, admitting that it is student-centered didactics, for the achievement of their learning. Another discovery is that PE can be used in virtual, face-to-face or hybrid environments and in inclusive education. Among the main conclusions is that the PEs adapt easily to the characteristics of the students, promote meaningful learning and by discovery, promote the active interaction of the student with the teacher, as well as lead the student to improve their learning and strengthen their psychological and emotional development, as well as acquire their autonomy, to be communicative, critical, reflective, proactive, empathic, tolerant and decisive in the face of global problems.
