    Transcurrido un año desde el nacimiento del movimiento del 15M en España, es posible realizar un análisis del mismo desde una perspectiva sociológica. Para hacerlo, la mejor forma de aproximarse al fenómeno es partir del examen de la percepción ciudadana del sistema político institucional, a través de una metodología cualitativa fundamentada en la observación y el análisis del discurso de los participantes. Hemos asistido a asambleas y se han analizado materiales de las redes sociales. Los resultados muestran que este movimiento no puede entenderse sin conocer la percepción previa que la ciudadanía otorgaba a las instituciones políticas y poniéndola en relación con las consecuencias de la crisis económica, el incremento del desempleo y la visión de los mercados financieros.

    One year after the birth of the 15M movement in Spain, an analysis from a sociological perspective can be attempted. To do so, the best approach to the phenomenon demands an examination of public perceptions in relation to the institutional political system throughout a qualitative methodology based on observation and discourse analysis of the participants. Meetings have attended and social networks materials have been scrutinized. The results show that this movement cannot be understood without being familiar to the citizens’ previous perception of political institutions and making a connection with the results of the economic crisis, rising nemployment and the perception citizens have of the financial markets
