Quality assurance is one of the most critical aspects of e-learning. This challenge is even more demanding when related to an initiative promoted by a public administration – the regional government of Galicia, Spain – targeted to continuing education in a rapidly evolving economical sector. Can we assess that our course portfolio matches the needs of our audience and, as a consequence, public funding is effectively allocated? The model discussed, being applied at the Galician Multimedia Center, is intended to be a response to this challenge.
