    El siguiente trabajo tiene como finalidad presentar las diferentes técnicas, métodos y estrategias adecuadas para una oratoria significativa en el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje, como una herramienta inherente para facilitar el intercambio de conocimientos en la Universidad Estatal de Bolívar. Partiendo de as necesidades individuales; todas as técnicas expuestas en el siguiente trabajo, son argumentos lógicos que permitirán desarrollarse como un verdadero orador en beneficio de las y los estudiantes de la universidad.

    The following work aims to present the different techniques, methods and strategies suitable for a significan! oratory n the teaching-learning process, as an inherent tool to facilitate the exchange of knowledge at the State University of Bolívar.

    Starting from the individual needs; all the techniques exposed in the following work, are logical arguments that will allow to develop as a true speaker for the benefit of the students of the university.
