Paciente que tras haber sido diagnosticada de cáncer de vejiga, y haberle realizado las pruebas correspondientes para establecer dicho diagnóstico, ingresa para ser intervenida.
Nuestros objetivos con este proceso de atención de enfermería son, controlar el dolor postoperatorio, evitar infecciones, controlar balance hídrico de la paciente, conseguir que mantenga saturaciones de oxígeno en rangos estables, eliminar nutrición parenteral e inicial su tolerancia con líquidos hasta conseguir que tolere una dieta normal y entre otros, hacer desaparecer su nivel de estrés y ansiedad por dicha situación.

Patient who, after having been diagnosed with bladder cancer, and having carried out the corresponding tests to establish said diagnosis, is admitted for surgery.
Our goals with this nursing care process are to control postoperative pain, avoid infections, control the patient’s fluid balance, get him to maintain oxygen saturations in stable ranges, eliminate parenteral nutrition and initial tolerance with liquids until he is able to tolerate a normal diet and, among others, make his level of stress and anxiety disappear due to this situation.
