    Presentamos el caso de un varón de 66 años que acude al servicio de urgencias por lipotimia o síncope sin especificar. Barrera idiomática importante, se contacta por llamada telefónica con su mujer quien comenta que encuentra al paciente en el suelo, comenta que mientras iba a cargar el móvil se cae al suelo y no se puede levantar, no refiere pérdida de la conciencia durante el evento.

    We present the case of a 66-year-old man who attended the emergency department for unspecified lipothymia or syncope. Important language barrier, he contacted his wife by phone, who commented that she found the patient on the ground, commented that while he was going to charge the mobile he fell to the ground and cannot get up, he does not refer to loss of consciousness during the event.
