Resumen de La Resilencia como Capacidad Humana en el Fortalecimiento de la Gestión Educativa

  El presente estudio tiene como propósito analizar la resiliencia como una capacidad humana en el fortalecimiento de la gestión educativa en los docentes de pregrado, Extensión Académica Acarigua, del Instituto de Mejoramiento Profesional del Magisterio (IMPM) en Venezuela, el cual se sustentó teóricamente asumiendo la actitud implícita en el ser humano, lo cual conlleva a sobreponerse ante cualquier adversidad para transformar la realidad; es por ello que el ámbito educativo, ante adversidades, requiere de la capacidad gerencial del docente o directivo, porque debe resistir, adaptarse para sobreponerse y recuperarse de manera eficaz, oportuna ante las novedades a las cuales está expuesto. Para ello, se asumieron las teorías de Jerarquía de Necesidades de Abraham Maslow y los Factores Motivacionales de Hertzberg, relacionadas a los diferentes niveles de la resiliencia. Metodológicamente el estudio se ubicó en el paradigma positivista, enfoque cuantitativo, orientado a través de una investigación de campo, descriptiva, considerándose como población los docentes del IMPM y como muestra se asumió ocho profesionales que laboran en la Extensión Académica Acarigua, a quienes se les aplicó un cuestionario de 24 ítems. Se comprobó que la resiliencia presente en la gestión educativa en los docentes de pregrado es muy débil, porque el docente desiste ante situaciones difíciles y no reacciona de la mejor manera; a esto se le suma la falta de recursos y herramientas. A pesar de existir la mejor disposición de seguir adelante, de acuerdo con esta situación, se recomienda ayudar a los profesionales a enfrentar retos y que requieren motivación y apoyo institucional, para que se fortalezca esa gestión educativa y esté en capacidad de abordar situaciones que les son negativas, y se puedan estimular las actividades formativas.

  The present study aims to analyze resilience as a human capacity in the strengthening of educational management in undergraduate teachers, Acarigua Academic Extension, of the Institute for Professional Improvement of Teaching (IMPM) in Venezuela, which was theoretically supported by assuming the implicit attitude in the human being, which leads to overcome any adversity to transform reality; That is why the educational environment, in the face of adversity, requires the managerial capacity of the teacher or director, because they must resist, adapt to overcome and recover in an effective and timely manner in the face of the novelties to which they are exposed. For this, the theories of the Hierarchy of Needs of Abraham Maslow and the Motivational Factors of Hertzberg, related to the different levels of resilience, were assumed. Methodologically, the study was located in the positivist paradigm, quantitative approach, oriented through a descriptive field research, considering the IMPM teachers as a population and, as a sample, eight professionals who work at the Acarigua Academic extension, to whom a 24-item questionnaire was applied. It was found out that the resilience present in educational management in undergraduate teachers is very weak, because the teacher gives up in difficult situations and does not react in the best way; Added to this is the lack of resources and tools. Despite the existence of the best disposition to move forward, according to this situation, it is recommended that professionals who face challenges should be helped, who require motivation and institutional support, so that educational management is strengthened and is able to address situations that they are negative for them and training activities could be encouraged.
