    A partir del acuerdo para reformar el sistema fiscal internacional al que han llegado el 1 de julio de 2021 los 130 países constituidos en el seno de la OCDE, entre ellos España, se revisa el concepto de justicia y progresividad fiscal con el objetivo de verificar, a través de un análisis cuantitativo, cuáles son las principales tendencias de opinión de los españoles sobre el sistema fiscal y sobre el grado de fraude fiscal que existe actualmente en España. Los datos indican que la ciudadanía exige mayor progresividad del sistema fiscal español, entendiendo que el Estado es un agente esencial en dicho objetivo y reclamando una gestión más resolutiva para evitar que los grupos de presión impidan la reforma.

    Based on the agreement to reform the international tax system reached on 1st of July 2021 by the 130 countries belonging to the OECD, including Spain, the concept of tax justice and progressivity is reviewed with the aim of verifying, through a quantitative analysis, the main trends in the opinion of Spaniards on the tax system and on the degree of tax fraud that currently exists in Spain. The data indicates that citizens demand greater progressivity in the Spanish tax system, understanding that the State is an essential agent in this objective as well as calling for more resolutive management to prevent pressure groups from impeding reform.
