En el presente artículo se realiza un análisis de las prohibiciones de disponer legales, judiciales y administrativas con el objetivo de conocer sus concretas manifestaciones y ulteriores finalidades, sobre las cuales subyace una función de garantía o tutela de determinados derechos. Perseguirán según el caso concreto, o bien un interés público de no perjudicar los intereses propios de la Administración o bien el de no lesionar los intereses de terceros.

In this article, a legal treatment of the prohibitions of legal and judicial dispositions is carried out, with the aim of knowing their specific manifestations and subsequent purposes, on which an underlying function of guarantee or protection of certain rights. They will pursue, depending on the specific case, either a public interest not to harm the Administration's own interests or not to harm the interests of third parties.
