La acción socioeducativa con adolescentes y jóvenes sin referentes familiares en el territorio: análisis y propuestas desde la educación social

    El objetivo de esta investigación es conocer las actuaciones que se dirigen en las poblaciones de Girona y Salt a los adolescentes y jóvenes sin referentes familiares en el territorio, con el fin de analizar, desde la perspectiva de los profesionales y los jóvenes atendidos, la acción socioeducativa que se se lleva a cabo, indicando las propuestas de mejora que se deben impulsar para favorecer su desarrollo integral, promoción sociocultural e inclusión en la comunidad de acogida. Se han utilizado técnicas cualitativas en la recogida de información y posterior análisis de datos. Los resultados de la investigación indican que hay que mejorar la coordinación y colaboración entre todos los agentes educativos corresponsables del territorio con el fin de elaborar una estrategia compartida en la actuación integral que se dirige al colectivo. Simultáneamente, hay que particularizar las actuaciones, potenciar las líneas de acción socioeducativa en el ámbito familiar, relacional, cultural y comunitario de los jóvenes, incidir en su desarrollo personal y emocional y, a la vez, diversificar y ampliar sus itinerarios de formación y promoción sociocultural con el fin de fomentar su autonomía e inclusión social en igualdad de condiciones

    The purpose of this research is to know the actions that are aimed in the cities of Girona and Salt at adolescents and young people without family references in the territory, in order to analyse, from the perspective of professionals and attended young people, the social and educational action that is being carried out and to establish the proposals for improvement that must be promoted in order to favour their comprehensive development, sociocultural promotion and inclusion in the host community. Qualitative techniques have been used in the collection of information and subsequent analysis of data. The results of the research state that it is necessary to improve the coordination and collaboration between all the responsible educational agents of the territory in order to elaborate a shared strategy in the comprehensive action aiming at the group. Simultaneously, it is necessary to personalise the actions, to promote social and educational lines of action around the family, relational, cultural and community areas of young people, to stress their personal and emotional development and, at the same time, diversify and expand their training itineraries and of sociocultural promotion in order to encourage the achievement of their autonomy and social inclusion in equal conditions.
