Resumen de Desempeño educativo del consejo de círculo infantil en la atención a la familia del niño en situación de desventaja social

  La experiencia cotidiana en las instituciones infantiles confirma que, entre las tareas que demanda actualmente la Primera Infancia en su prioridad del trabajo preventivo, está el perfeccionamiento de la interacción institución, familia y comunidad. La investigación surge por la necesidad de fortalecer el funcionamiento de los Consejos de Círculos Infantiles, precisar las formas de actuar de sus diversos agentes educativos y los contenidos de la capacitación que deben proporcionarse en las instituciones, con el propósito de lograr la unidad de influencias educativas alrededor de los niños que crecen en un medio familiar portador de problemáticas sociales. Se ofrecen las dimensiones e indicadores del desempeño educativo de estos agentes en la atención a la familia del niño en situación de desventaja social y una estrategia pedagógica para su mejoramiento. Se conjuga la observación con un proceso de construcción teórica que parte de la determinación de las dimensiones e indicadores del desempeño educativo de los agentes del Consejo de Círculo Infantil en la atención a la familia del niño en situación de desventaja social, la búsqueda y procesamiento de información empírica para darle solución al problema planteado. La asesoría, alternativa pedagógica seleccionada, está científicamente fundamentada en el objetivo, las bases teóricas y los componentes estructurales y funcionales de la estrategia. La valoración de los resultados obtenidos posibilita recomendar esta alternativa como una opción válida para concebir el mejoramiento del desempeño educativo que brinda una atención educativa integral y diferenciada a los niños de 1 a 6 años.

  The daily experience in children's institutions confirms that, among the tasks currently demanded by Early Childhood in its priority of preventive work, is the improvement of the interaction between institution, family and community. The research arises from the need to strengthen the functioning of the Children's Circle Councils, specify the ways of acting of their various educational agents and the contents of the training that must be provided in the institutions, in order to achieve the unity of educational influences around children who grow up in a family environment with social problems. The dimensions and indicators of the educational performance of these agents in caring for the family of the child in a socially disadvantaged situation and a pedagogical strategy for their improvement are offered. The observation is combined with a process of theoretical construction that starts from the determination of the dimensions and indicators of the educational performance of the agents of the Children's Circle Council in the attention to the family of the child in a socially disadvantaged situation, the search and processing of empirical information to solve the problem. The consultancy, the selected pedagogical alternative, is scientifically based on the objective, the theoretical bases and the structural and functional components of the strategy. The evaluation of the results obtained makes it possible to recommend this alternative as a valid option to conceive the improvement of educational performance that provides comprehensive and differentiated educational attention to children aged 1 to 6 years.
