Hablar de evaluación del aprendizaje en el contexto normativo jurídico en México implicauna revisión de los últimos cinco acuerdos, que permite examinar de una forma constantela complejidad de la tarea docente al momento de la evaluación del aprendizaje, a partir deuna transición de la evaluación cuantitativa a integrar la evaluación cualitativa pero que almismo tiempo se considera la política educativa, la visión social del mundo y ciertos elementospedagógicos que permiten integrarse en el trabajo de las maestras y maestros de educaciónbásica y sus repercusiones en las evaluaciones educativas en el país.Cada Acuerdo Nacional sobre la Evaluación del aprendizaje responde a una necesidad socialy a un régimen político que culmina en su proyección en cada escuela y aula a través de lalabor pedagógica de los docentes en la formación de ciudadanos competentes, participativos yresponsables para enfrentar los retos del Siglo XXI.

Talking about learning evaluation in the legal normative context in Mexico implies a review ofthe last five agreements, which allows us to constantly review the complexity of the teachingtask at the time of learning evaluation from a transition of quantitative evaluation to integratequalitative evaluation but which at the same time considers educational policy, the social visionof the world and certain pedagogical elements that allow integration into the work of teachersin basic education and its repercussions on educational evaluations in the country.Each National Agreement on the Evaluation of learning responds to a social need and to apolitical regime that culminates in its projection in each school and classroom through thepedagogical work of teachers in the formation of competent, participatory and responsiblecitizens to face the challenges of the XXI century.
