Resumen de Addio all’utilitarismo?
In this article I will argument that the best utilitarian theory, that of Sumner, Harsanyi, Ferraro, cannot always protect the liberal and social rights of contemporary occidental constitutions and can from conceptual point of view violate some fundamental rights of some minority groups.
