  • Resumen
    • Brazilian constitutional and social imperatives determine a company’s right to value human dignity instead of merely utilitarian and traditional sectarian considerations. In practical terms, the notion of legitimate profit and a company’s social function, social responsibility, and social ethics are already expressions of human dignity in business law. In highly monetized societies, the company occupies a central position and can make its contribution to human ontological realization.
