  • The work aims to analyze the two main aspects regulated by the Act of the Piedmont Region n. 23 of 2020 in the field of sport: sports promotion, on the one hand, and sports facilities, on the other one. This Act is in line with other regional acts issued in the last few years on social policies and it is also characterized by the enhancement of the local heritage
