The historical-archaeological study of the town of Fuenteungrillo has brought notable findings that provide a deeper insight into material culture and the livelihoods of peasant societies of the Kingdom of Castile during the Early and Late Middle Ages. This article helps to illustrate archaeological reality, and contributes to the study of the population that inhabited the network of villages of Montes Torozos and Tierra de Campos.
