Resumen de Narrativas de voluntarios sobre el acuerdo de paz y la reintegración de excombatientes de las FARC

  Este estudio se enfoca en las narrativas de las perspectivas de voluntarios que acompañan la implementación del “Acuerdo Final para la Terminación del Conflicto y la Construcción de una Paz Estable y Duradera” (2016) y la reintegración social de excombatientes de las FARC, con el objetivo de analizar sus apreciaciones y conocer sus propios retos y retribuciones. Se parte de la tradición constructivista y se utilizó un modelo narrativo de tópico, con un análisis de codificación teórica. En esta investigación se tuvieron en cuenta cinco (5) de estos voluntarios (cuatro hombres y una mujer) a quienes se les realizó una serie de entrevistas semiestructuradas. Como conclusión, se demostró la relevancia del voluntariado en la implementación del Acuerdo de Paz y la reintegración de excombatientes de las FARC-EP a la sociedad, debido a su papel como mediadores de paz.

  This study focuses on the narratives of the perspectives of volunteers who accompany the implementation of the "Final Agreement for the Termination of the Conflict and the Construction of a Stable and Lasting Peace" (2016) and the social reintegration of former FARC combatants, with the aim of analyzing their perceptions and learning about their own challenges and retributions. It is based on the constructivist tradition and a topical narrative model was used, with a theoretical coding analysis. Five (5) of these volunteers (four men and one woman) were considered in this research and a series of semi-structured interviews were conducted. As a conclusion, the relevance of volunteering in the implementation of the Peace Agreement and the reintegration of former FARC-EP combatants into society was demonstrated, due to their role as peace mediators.
