    En este trabajo se realiza un análisis del delito de humillación a las víctimas del terrorismo recogido en el artículo 578 del Código Penal. Se presta especial atención a la cuestión de si debería derogarse este delito, así como a los problemas que plantea su ubicación en la sección dedicada en nuestro Código Penal a los delitos de terrorismo. Para ello, se tienen en cuenta las diversas posiciones doctrinales existentes sobre esta materia, así como la reciente jurisprudencia del Tribunal Constitucional y del Tribunal Supremo.

    In this work, an analysis of the crime of humiliation to the victims of terrorism (section 578 Spanish Criminal Code) is carried out. Particular attention is paid to the question of whether this offense should be repealed, as well as to the problems raised by its location in the section dedicated to terrorist offenses in the Criminal Code. For this purpose, we consider the approaches and the recent decisions of the Constitutional and Supreme Courts of Spain on this matter.
