  • The papers in this special issue all discuss changes in national labor law in the context of what contributors call the “new nationalism,” “populism,” “populist-nationalism,” or other things. So, it’s worth spending a little time reflecting on what these terms mean for the contributors because although there are some similarities, there are some important differences. Then we turn to some of the important insights of these papers.
