    Este estudio analiza la estructura agraria del partido judicial de Badajoz, examinando sus propiedades según sus dimensiones y estudiando a sus propietarios en función del tamaño de su patrimonio. Así se pone de manifiesto que el partido judicial de Badajoz era el que tenía el menor número de localidades (Badajoz, La Albuera y Talavera la Real) y propietarios, de los 14 partidos judiciales de la provincia de Badajoz. Sin embargo, era el quinto partido judicial con más superficie agraria, lo que indica que poseía una propiedad agraria bastante importante.

    This study analyzes the agrarian structure of the judicial party in Badajoz, examining the properties according to their dimensions and studying their owners with regards to the wealth of their patrimony. As a result, it is noted that the judicial party in Badajoz was the one having the smallest number of localities (Badajoz, La Albuera, Talavera la Real) and owners, considering the 14 judicial parties that the province of Badajoz had. Yet the judicial party in Badajoz ranked the fi fth one with the biggest agrarian extension, which entails the fact that it owned a signifi cant agrarian property.
