    El Parque Nacional de las Islas Atlánticas de Galicia constituye una muestra en excelente estado de conservación de los ecosistemas marinos y costeros atlánticos, las especies de fauna y flora asociadas a ellos y el patrimonio cultural de estas zonas. La gestión del Parque com- prende la conservación de sus valores naturales, fundamentalmente a través del manejo de la pesca, el control de las especies invasoras y la protección de sus especies de fauna y flora y hábitats más singulares. El turismo tiene una gran importancia en el Parque, aportando un importante recurso para su desarrollo. Finalmente, se presentan los principios básicos que rigen la estrategia del Parque para lograr sus objetivos, centrados en el avance del conoci- miento científico, el trabajo en red, el establecimiento de prioridades y la ordenación sosteni- ble de pesca y turismo

    The National Park of the Atlantic Islands of Galicia constitutes a sample in excellent state of conservation of the marine and coastal atlantic ecosystems, the species of fauna and flora associated to them and the cultural heritage of these zones. The management of the Park comprises the conservation of its natural values, fundamentally through the handle of the fishing, the control of the invasive species and the protection of its species of fauna and flora and singular habitats. The tourism has a great relevance in the Park, contributing as an important resource for its development. Finally, are presented the basic principles that govern the strategy of the Park to attain its aims, centred in the advance of the scientific knowledge, the work in network, the establishment of priorities and the sustainable ordina- tion of fishing and tourism
