    This study reports the experiences of the outreach project “PROEX Art Gallery: an Exhibition Space for many Cultural/Artistic Actions”, developed at PROEX Art Gallery by the Art and Culture Division/Office of Outreach and Cultural Affairs (PROEX) and by the School of Arts of Ponta Grossa State University (UEPG). It aims to provide opportunities for the Visual Arts students, teachers, artistic community, public school students and community in general to experience interdisciplinary events organized by curators such as art mediations, recitals, exhibitions and visits, proving to be a significant space for the artistic/cultural context of the city of Ponta Grossa. Therefore, we use records such as photographs, reports/narratives from the academics and the community in general. From this, we organize exhibitions, recitals, book launches, among other cultural/ artistic events. We believe that the outreach project and its results contributed to the formation of undergraduates in Arts, to the institutional routine and to the continuing education of those involved in the project, such as teachers, artists and academics in the field of artistic culture, enriching the experiences shared by all who participated in the project.

    O presente texto é um relato de experiência a partir do Projeto de extensão “Galeria de Arte Proex: Um Espaço de muitas ações Culturais/Artísticas”, desenvolvido pela Galeria de Artes da Divisão de Arte e Cultura, da Pró-Reitoria de Extensão e Assuntos Culturais e pelo Departamento de Artes de uma universidade pública. O projeto tem como objetivo oportunizar aos acadêmicos de Artes Visuais, professores, comunidade artística, alunos da escola pública e comunidade em geral a vivência a partir de eventos interdisciplinares, como mediações, curadorias, recitais, exposições, visitações, tornando-o um espaço significativo para o contexto artístico/ cultural da cidade de Ponta Grossa. Para tanto, utilizamos registros como fotografias, relatos/narrativas da comunidade acadêmica e da comunidade em geral. A partir disto, organizamos exposições, recitais, lançamentos de livros, entre outros eventos culturais/artísticos. Consideramos que o projeto de extensão e seus desdobramentos contribuíram para a formação dos licenciandos em Artes, para a rotina institucional e para a formação continuada dos envolvidos no projeto, como professores, artistas, acadêmicos no campo da cultura artística, enriquecendo as experiências partilhadas por todos que participaram do projeto.
