    Este artículo analiza los ejes vertebradores de la normativa andaluza en materia de formación permanente del profesorado no universitario. Para ello, se utiliza el contraste entre la bibliografía académica sobre el asunto y la legislación más relevante aprobada por el Gobierno de Andalucía fundamentalmente en el este último lustro. El resultado de esta reflexión supone la valoración positiva de lo realizado hasta este momento tanto por la vinculación entre la literatura académica sobre esta temática con la normativa aludida, como por los asuntos promovidos por la Administración. Conclusiones que consideramos significativas de cara a la aprobación del futuro IV Plan de Formación Permanente del profesorado.

    This article analyzes the backbones of Andalusian policy regarding in-service training for non-university teachers. For this, the contrast between the academic bibliography on the subject and the most relevant legislation approved by the Government of Andalusia is used, mainly in the last five years. The result of this reflection supposes a positive assessment of what has been done up to now, both due to the link between the academic literature on this subject and the aforementioned regulations, as well as the issues promoted by the Administration. Conclusions that we consider significant for the approval of the future IV Permanent Teacher Training Plan.
