    El presente artículo pretende poner de manifiesto las analogías entre la vía escolástica y la vía ordinaria de la justicia, la aplicación o no del "orden solemne" de la institución, y la aplicación del fuero académico a las causas criminales del pecado nefando. De igual manera, el estudio de caso del proceso judicial contra el estudiante Manuel Ramos, acusado de sodomía con otros colegiales, permite analizar dinámicas y jerarquías construidas en el entorno académico. Por último, se pretende entender la mitomanía como elemento agravante judicial.

    This article aims to highlight the analogies between the scholastic way and the ordinary way of justice, the application or not of the “solemn order” of the institution, and the application of academic jurisdiction to criminal cases of this nature. Similarly, the judicial process against the student Manuel Ramos, accused of practicing the nefarious sin with other schoolboys, allows in turn to analyze dynamics and hierarchies built in the academic environment. Finally, it is intended to understand mythomania as a judicial aggravating element.
