    Mujer de 81 años que se visita en su domicilio en Zaragoza tras recibir la llamada en el Centro de Salud. No se levanta de la cama desde hace cuatro días debido al intenso dolor e inflamación que sufre en ambas piernas. Por la mañana se observa hematuria en el pañal. La paciente se encuentra acostada en la cama, manifiesta escozor al orinar e intenso dolor en piernas y zona lumbar. Necesita ayuda para ir al baño y por las noches utiliza pañal. La paciente comenta que tras este episodio ha perdido gran parte de su autonomía para realizar las actividades básicas de la vida diaria (ABVD).

    Se realiza un programa de atención de enfermería para detectar y atender las nuevas necesidades de la paciente.

    A 81-year-old woman who is visiting her home in Zaragoza after receiving the call at the Health Center. She has not gotten out of bed for four days due to the intense pain and swelling that she suffers in both legs. In the morning she observed hematuria in diaper. The patient is lying on the bed, she manifests itching when urinating and intense pain in her legs and lower back. She needs help to go to the bathroom and at night she wears a diaper. The patient comments that after this episode she has lost a large part of her autonomy to carry out the basic activities of daily living (ABVD).

    A nursing care program is carried out to detect and attend to the new needs of the patient.
