Resumen de Democracia e participação em xeque no governo Bolsonaro

  This paper aims to analyze the Bolsonarogovernment's offensives at the heart of democracy, namely, the social participation. To this end, it uses the review of literature looking for Gramscian theoretical foundations to analyze characteristic elements of the Bolsonaro government, complemented by referential authors and critical analysts of this reality. The results are organized into three sections that make up the article: democracy is social participation, with the examination of these categories in Brazil under the framework provided by the Federal Constitution of 1988; social participation under attack from the Bolsonaro government's authoritarian agenda; towards post-democracy and counter-hegemonic democratic resistance.

  O presente artigo objetiva analisar as ofensivas do governo Bolsonaro ao cerne da democracia, qual seja, a participação social. Para tanto, utiliza-se da revisão de literatura buscando fundamentos teóricos gramscianos para analisar elementos característicos do governo Bolsonaro, complementado por pesquisa bibliográfica em autores-referenciais e analistas críticos desta realidade. Os resultados estão organizados em três seções que compõem o artigo: democracia é participação social, com o exame destas categorias no Brasil a partir da estrutura criada pela Constituição Federal de 1988; participação social sob ataque da agenda autoritária do governo Bolsonaro; rumo à pós-democracia e a resistência democrática contra-hegemônica.
