Resumen de Los años difíciles: El resurgimiento del Anuario de Eusko Folklore en la Sociedad de Ciencias de Aranzadi (1955-1984)

  Este artículo traza la historia del AEF desde su reaparición en la Sociedad de CienciasAranzadi en 1955 hasta 1991 en que la Fundación Barandiaran se hace cargo de su publicación. A través del testimonio de Fermín Leizaola, secretario de dicha publicación entre 1965 y 1984 y de documentos de archivo, se desgrana un escenario complejo, fuertemente condicionado por la guerra y el franquismo y no exento de tensiones, en el que se aprecia el peso de la figura de José Miguel Barandiaran, la colaboración entre las distintas sociedades científicas del país, pero también las rupturas y disyuntivas, así como la posterior secularización del conocimiento. El testimonio de Leizaola permite aprehender las dificultades del pasado, los retos para acometer el futuro, ofreciendo pistas interesantes e inéditas que ayudan a entender mejor el lugar de las sociedades científicas en el panorama de la producción de conocimiento en Hego Euskal Herria.

  Artikulu honek Anuario de Eusko Folkloreren historia jasotzen du, 1955ean Aranzadi Zientzi Elkartean berriz agertu zenetik 1991ra arte, Barandiaran Fundazioak argitalpen bere gain hartu arte 1965 eta 1984 bitarte aladizkariaren idazkaria izan zen Fermin Leizaolaren lekukotza eta artxiboko dokumentuen azterketaren bidez eszenatoki konplexu bat azaleratu da, gerrak eta frankismoak oso baldintzatua, eta tentsioz betea, non José Miguel Barandiaranen pisua azaleratzen den. Era berean Euskal Herriko elkarte zientifikoen arteko lankidetza eta hausturak bai eta ondorengo ibilbide markaltuko duen ezagutzaren sekularizazioa nabarmen ageri da.   This article gathers the history of the journal Anuario de Eusko Folklore from its reappearance within the Society of Sciences Sciences Aranzadi in 1955, to 1991 when its publication was undertaken by the Barandiaran foundation. Through the testimony of Fermin Leizaola, secretary of the journal between 1965 and 1984, and the analysis of archive documents a complex scenario comes to light, highly conditioned by the war and Franco’s regime in which appear the collaboration as well as dissensions between the scientific societies of the Basque Country, as well as the secularization of knowledge that has marked their subsequent trajectory. Leizaola’s testimony allows us to identify, through interesting and to some extent unknown clues, both past difficulties and challenges for the future that help to better understand the place occupied by scientific societies in the arena of the production of knowledge in the South Basque Country.
