Ante la alta incidencia de casos en el ámbito judicial, donde se alude abuso en la infancia y alienación parental. Se realizó una investigación, donde se establecieron mediante la descripción teórica, análisis reflexivo, observación y escucha del fenómeno; los parámetros que justifican la intervención, mediante la conferencia familiar restaurativa, como herramienta eficiente para intervenir en casos judiciales, donde se presume alienación parental en la niñez. Los temas abordados son: el derecho de la niñez y adolescencia; constructo, características y origen de la conducta aliénate; conferencia familiar restaurativa. Esto desde el derecho, psicología, psicoanálisis y procesos restaurativos. Lo anterior aplicado a un caso de estudio.

Given the high incidence of cases in the judicial sphere, where abuse in childhood and parental alienation are alluded to. An investigation was carried out, where they were established by means of the theoretical description, reflective analysis, observation and listening to the phenomenon; the parameters that justify the intervention, through the restorative family conference, as an efficient tool to intervene in judicial cases, where parental alienation in childhood is presumed. The topics addressed are: the rights of children and adolescents; construct, characteristics and origin of the behavior alienate; restorative family conference.
